Some of the attributes:
You will have the energy, thirst, and desire to help current customers, and at times the need to develop and get current customers on board by communicating with current customers for referrals or picking up the phone to introduce yourself, the employer, and product/services, and endeavor to get some of these recent customers on board. Honesty and ethics are of utmost importance.
Some of the other duties may include:
Counter sales
Follow up of stock
Some computer use
Communication to update customers
Communication to update fellow staff and management
Sales updates
Team progress
Sales progress
Stock merchandising
Stock turnover
Presentation of our services/products
These roles vary in salary level dependent on experience, and some will have a bonus achievement for sales or budget achieved.
