About the Role

n

We're seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to drive sprint execution, feature delivery, and app store releases. This role partners closely with the Chief Product Officer and executive team to shape innovative solutions for supporting autistic individuals.

n

Responsibilities

n

n

- Lead the delivery of new features and releases
- Guide the team with efficient scalable solutions , aligned with security best practices.
- Work closely with product to translate user needs into dev tasks
- Ship app updates to both App Store and Google Play
- Review and write code across React Native + Node.js, Mongo DB with high proficiency in Typescript
- Collaborate on AI-powered features (e.g., retrieval pipelines, embedding search, etc.)
- Manage codebase hygiene, push notifications, QA, deployment processes, documentations & data tracking across software’s like Heap
- Keep sprints on track, unblock dev, and communicate openlyn

Skills and Experience

n

- 7+ years’ experience in full-stack and mobile development
- Strong with React Native, Node.js, Firebase/AWS
- Solid experience shipping to App Store + Play Store
- Clear understanding of AI integration (RAG, prompt chains, API orchestration)
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage agile delivery
- Ability to use AI based co-pilot software’s (Cursor, Windsurf etc) to ship faster
- Excellent communication and solutioning skills
- Comfortable working async, but transparent and responsive with good product sense
