Looking for A Female Support Worker – Avalon Beach NSW area. (School Holidays Only)
We are seeking a female support worker to support a lovely client during school holidays (Sept/Oct & Dec) in Avalon Beach.
Support includes:
- PEG feeding, pad changing, personal care, and daily living activities
- Using simple phrases to explain tasks and responding to Yianni’s non-verbal cues
- Managing occasional behaviors calmly (e.g., grabbing hair – wearing a cap recommended)
About the client:
- Non-verbal, with physical and intellectual disabilities
- Enjoys company and gentle, patient support
- Supportive parents are available to assist and answer questions
Requirements:
- Experience with PEG feeding and personal care
- Patient, caring, and attentive to non-verbal communication
