What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in Asian cuisine – this is essential.
- A strong understanding of traditional techniques and flavours.
- Reliability and responsibility in managing your section.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A genuine passion for food and commitment to excellence.
Your Role
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every service.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to develop menus and specials
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
