Position: Experienced New & Used Car Sales Consultant
Location: Essendon, VIC
Essendon Mitsubishi is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. If you have a passion for people, a talent for closing deals, and a love of all things automotive, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect new or used Mitsubishi vehicle
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features confidently
- Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain product knowledge of the Mitsubishi range and used-car inventory
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales (new and/or used)
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets
- Professional presentation and a confident, friendly personality
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work weekends and retail hours
