**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle repairs, and general service-related questions.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
- Collect and record accurate guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
- Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or services needed to guests. Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a skilled and welcoming atmosphere.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
