We’re growing our Front of House team at Pearla & Co and are looking for experienced, confident hospitality people who genuinely enjoy being on the floor and helping a service run well.
Casual roles with all levels of experience, including someone who naturally takes ownership during a shift, supports the team around them and enjoys being part of a well-run dining room.
About the Role
You’ll be part of our Front of House team, working across the dining room, bar and alfresco. The role is hands-on and service-focused, with space to step up, support the flow of a shift and help set the tone on the floor.
You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar and leadership team to deliver a warm, relaxed but polished experience that reflects what Pearla & Co is about.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Looking after guests with genuine, thoughtful service
- Supporting the flow of service and helping things run smoothly during busy periods
- Being a calm point of contact for guests if questions or issues come up
- Maintaining high standards across food, drinks and presentation
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen to understand a produce-led, knowledge-first menu
- Leading by example and supporting other team members on shift
- Making sure service is safe,
respectful and aligned with RSA requirements
Who This Role Suits
- You’ve spent time in quality restaurants, bars or pubs and feel confident on the floor
- You’re comfortable taking responsibility during a shift and helping guide the team when needed
- You care about service, produce and creating a good experience for guests
- You communicate well, stay calm under pressure and work well with others
- You’re reliable, presentable and enjoy being part of a team
- You’re happy working evenings, weekends and busy services
You’ll need:
- Australian work rights

The owners are hands-on and present, with over 30 years in hospitality, and are focused on building a team that enjoys coming to work and takes pride in what they do.
