Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on workig hours)
Job description
Meat section - Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken marinated, using slicer, hand cut.
Stove section - Pasta, short rib braised, soup and korean dishes.
Frying section - Fried chicken, chips, nuggets,
Salad section - authentic variety of salads, cutting vegetables, sauces,
Sushi section - prawn,
squid , diverse hand roll,
Kitchen hand( pantry) section- food delivery, simple kitchen hand job,

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Korean dishes while maintaining high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal offerings
Monitor and replenish buffet stations to ensure they remain stocked and appealing
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably in buffet settings or with Korean cuisine
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

? Work Hours and Shifts
Weekdays - 10 am to 9pm / 3pm to 4 pm 1 hour brake
Weekend - 10 am to 9pm / 2pm to 3 pm or 3pm to 4 pm 1 hour brake
? Work Authorization
Must hold a valid visa with the right to work legally in Australia (minimum 6 months validity)
Australian work authorization preferred
