Our Beverly Hills store is the heart of L.A. Donuts — our OG flagship and daily hub. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Barista / Café Team Leader who’s fast, friendly, consistent, and seriously proud of their standards. This is for someone who wants to be one of the best in the game — and be part of the best team.
What you’ll be doing
- Dialling in and making high-quality espresso coffee (speed + consistency under pressure)
- Running the coffee station during peak times and keeping service flowing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building regulars
- Confident upselling (combos, add-ons, specials) and driving average spend
- Assisting with food prep and service when needed
- Training and supporting junior staff (bar flow, service standards, cleanliness)
- Maintaining presentation, hygiene, stock levels, and station readiness
What we’re looking for
- Strong barista experience (busy café experience preferred)
- Calm, organised, and quick during rush periods
- Friendly, energetic personality — you genuinely love customers
- Can lead by example: punctual, reliable, clean, and consistent
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Comfortable with upselling and promoting specials
- Food handling / café all-rounder skills are a bonus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
