We’re on the lookout for an Early Learning star who:

- A flexible approach to days and hours, happily supporting the team on a variety of shifts - from the first child’s morning drop-off to the last pick-up
- Cheers on their fellow educators and help build a thriving community
- Sparks joy and curiosity in every little learner they meet

As an Assistant Educator, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Located in the heart of Butler, Sparrow Early Learning Butler is a warm and welcoming centre where passionate educators come together to create a caring, inspiring space for children aged birth to 6 years. What you’ll need:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Flexibility to work across all shifts, from early mornings to closes, to support the needs of our families and team.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework,



National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
