Australian Vaccine Services (AVS) is Australia’s leading provider of workplace flu vaccinations and skin-check services. We’re hiring multiple casual team members at our Tuggerah head office to support a busy seasonal period (January to June). Key details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 35+ hours/week
- Location: Tuggerah, NSW (on-site; no remote)
- Casual positions, multiple vacancies
Core responsibilities (role-dependent):
- Manage clinic bookings and nurse allocation for onsite vaccination programs.
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email about vaccinations and skin checks.
- Conduct outbound sales follow-ups and maintain client records.
- Assist with voucher tracking, invoice generation (Xero), scheduling and general admin.
- Use AVS systems to record data accurately and support reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy and compliance policies.
Skills & qualifications:
- Previous admin, customer service or sales-support experience preferred.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); Xero experience a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a busy workplace.
- Friendly, professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
