About Us
At All Things Therapy, we are passionate about providing inclusive, strengths-based support to individuals and families across the lifespan. Our soon-to-open clinic in Eastwood, SA offers flexible, engaging therapy environments — from sensory-friendly rooms and play-based therapy spaces to community and school-based settings.
We value work-life balance and believe that thriving therapists are those who have time to rest, grow, and live well outside of work. This role is part-time (4 days per week) to honour that balance.
Your Role
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to establish and shape our speech pathology service. You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team alongside occupational therapists, psychologists, and a developmental educator supporting clients across clinic, school, and community environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments where relevant
- Providing ongoing therapy that is child-led, neuroaffirming, and family-centred
- Supporting clients funded through private fees, Medicare (where applicable), and the NDIS
- Working with children and young people who are autistic, ADHD, have developmental language disorder, speech sound disorders, trauma histories,
intellectual disabilities, and/or AAC needs
- Supporting functional communication, social communication, and participation across home, school, and community settings
- Collaborating closely with families, carers, educators, and other professionals
- Developing resources, programs, and systems that grow with our service
Who You Are
We would love to hear from someone who:
- Is fully qualified and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registered, with relevant insurance
- Is confident working independently with children, young people, and families
- Brings a neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and functional approach to communication
- Enjoys collaborative, cross-disciplinary teamwork
- Is warm, playful, creative, and happy to get on the floor, follow a child’s lead, and connect through play and shared interests
- Has experience or interest in AAC (low- and/or high-tech), early language, and/or school-aged communication support
- Holds a current driver’s licence and is willing to travel for school- and community-based therapy across metro Adelaide
- Is excited to grow and develop a speech pathology service from the ground up
What We Offer
- A warm, inclusive, and values-led team culture
- A brand-current clinic with a variety of flexible therapy spaces
- Opportunities for clinic, school, and community-based therapy
- The chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing, supportive service
- Flexibility, autonomy, and space to develop your professional interests
If you’re passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and families and are excited to be part of a thoughtful, growing allied health practice, we’d love to hear from you.
