With a licensed capacity of 54 places, this is a great opportunity for a Lead Educator who wants to make a real impact, mentor educators, and support high-quality early learning aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
About the Role
- Lead and mentor educators within your room, modelling best practice
- Plan and deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Support programming, documentation and reflective practice to drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and leadership team to support pedagogy and compliance
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator or in a senior educator role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
- Confidence to mentor, guide and support other educators
