About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Rocklea (Brisbane) operations team.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, bookings, and tracking updates while ensuring each interaction reflects Vision Freight’s focus on accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate freight quotes, bookings, and delivery updates.
Liaise with depot, operations, and driving teams to ensure on-time service.
Investigate delivery issues and assist with PODs and claims where required.
Maintain data integrity within TransVirtual and internal systems.
Assist with general administration and daily operations support.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
Confident with Microsoft Office and freight software (TransVirtual experience advantageous).
A proactive team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
