Two venues Caloundra RSL Club and Caloundra Power Boat Club are looking for experienced and passionate team players to join our workforce and deliver outstanding customer service.
We have several open vacancies, including Front of House & Functions Attendant, Reception Attendant & Courtesy Bus Driver.

Caloundra Power Boat Club is located in Golden Beach and features great restaurants and large function rooms, all with spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Pumicestone Passage.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at both clubs.
The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support.

Front of House Attendant
The Front of House Attendant is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, assisting customers with enquiries, processing sales through the POS system, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and supporting a safe workplace.
Pre-requisites
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA).
Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience.
1 – 2 years experience in Beverage Service in the Hospitality Industry.
Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & public holidays).
Functions Attendant
A Functions Attendant is responsible for setting up, servicing, and clearing event spaces for functions.
The role includes arranging furniture and equipment, assisting guests during events, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all service standards are met to deliver a smooth and professional experience.
Pre-requisites
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA).
Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience.
1 – 2 years experience in Functions Service in the Hospitality Industry.
Have valuable availability across 7 days (weekends & public holidays).
Reception Attendant
The Reception Attendant welcomes and assists members and guests, manages inquiries, and ensures compliance with regulations.
They maintain records, process new memberships, deliver excellent telephone service, and provide information about services and entry requirements.
Additionally, they support the efficient operation of courtesy transport and guest amenities.
Pre-requisites
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA).
Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience.
1 – 2 years experience in Reception in the Hospitality Industry.
Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & public holidays).
Courtesy Bus Driver
The Courtesy Bus Driver is responsible for providing safe, friendly, and reliable transport for guests.
The role requires punctuality, strong customer-service skills, and confidence behind the wheel.
A positive attitude, effective communication, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Pre-requisites
Current QLD LR Driver's License (or above LR).
Current QLD Driver's Authorization (mandatory).
Bus driving experience.
Have valuable availability across 7 days (weekends & public holidays).
