Gregor & Lewis Bespoke Travel Noosa, is an award winning, family‑owned business operating for 18 years in Noosa Heads. We specialise in luxury small ship & expedition cruising, as well as luxury travel to all corners of the globe. We are a proud member of Virtuoso.

We’re searching for an experienced advisor with:

- Strong retail travel advising experience and a passion for travel
- Confident sales skills with proven results
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of airfares & ticketing, cruising and international destinations




- Ability to manage your own client base and build long term relationships
- Experience with GDS preferably Amadeus, and Tramada would also be an advantage
- Ability to work in a small team of 6 people

You’ll support new and repeat clients with all aspects of leisure consulting, including:

- Handling new enquiries, itinerary planning, changes and quotes
- Booking flights, cruises, tours, hotel accommodation, and creating comprehensive itineraries to remote & exotic destinations for our discerning clients
- Managing supplier communication, payments and set up client documentation on our app
- Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
- Confidently cross selling and upselling travel options
- Providing excellent customer service, and working well within a small team

This is a full time position from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
