The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on
Management Couple
to oversee operations at one of our prime Queensland properties,
Gladstone Central Plaza
. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership and a genuine passion for hospitality.
You will manage a minimum team of:
2 Guest Service Agents
6 Housekeepers
1 Maintenance Person
This position requires a couple with
knowledge and experience across all areas of running a hotel
, including administration, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance coordination,
Body Corporate
and
Apartment Owner
relationship management.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Proven experience in hotel management
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support your team
Solid financial and administrative skills (rosters, timesheets, budgets)
Experience in Body Corporate Management and maintaining strong relationships with apartment owners
Sales and marketing experience with a focus on driving local business
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience in Corporate, Leisure, and Group markets
Familiarity with RMS (desirable)
