What you’ll be doing:
Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the vibe high and service standards even higher
Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
Ensure Yo-Chi’s product quality and food safety standards are always on point
Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver incredible customer experiences
Keep the venue looking great and operating safely, meeting all policy and legislative requirements
Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to strong store performance
What we’re looking for:
Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR is a bonus)
Availability across Mon–Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts
A “people first” leader who thrives on community and building strong team culture
