Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support.
Support clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
Implement individualised care plans and support strategies in accordance with NDIS plans or other relevant frameworks.
Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for clients in all aspects of life.
Record and report observations, incidents, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with household tasks, medication management, and other duties as required.
Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other support staff.
Uphold the rights, privacy, and dignity of clients at all times.
Key Requirements:
Experience working with people with disabilities preferred but not essential (full training provided).
Understanding of NDIS frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal,
and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport may be required.
Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check clearance.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
