We’re committed to offering personalised services that fit effortlessly into the lives of those we serve, also delivering in-home and respite support across the Eurobadalla shire and more broadly, the south coast.
The Role:
We're looking for committed Social Inclusion Officers with plenty of life experience to join our teams. You’ll value the importance of listening well and having a laugh! A big part of your role will be providing in-home and respite support for people with varying support requirements including participants with higher physical needs, people where safe manual handling is of critical importance, individuals with complex mealtime management and medication administration, through to those with behaviours of concern who are more physically capable & active but could for example have ailments like epilepsy or mental health as part of their diagnoses and daily challenges. You’ll assist with things like personal care, daily activities, keeping their home in order,
and supporting participants to attend appointments. Flexibility is key, as we need people who are client focused and available for various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

About You:
You have experience supporting individuals with high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern, you understand for example the importance of safe manual handling and the necessity to follow behaviour support plans and correct medication administration. Ideally, we employ people with flexibility, great communication, availability to work a range of shifts, client focus and a passion for helping people live independently.

- Location Malua Bay - Applicants seeking only Batemans Bay area
- Be available to work day/night/weekends, flexibility is of key importance
- A current cleared NDIS Worker Screener check
- A current and cleared Working with Children's Check for paid work for NSW
- Personal Care is a requirement of this role
