Registered Nurse (RN) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Marion, OH

What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care in an Assisted Living setting with warmth and professionalism
Safely administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail
Monitor resident health, document changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families
Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
Support, mentor, and guide care staff to maintain consistent quality standards
Foster a safe, home-like environment where residents feel valued and respected
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
CPR certification required
Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
