About the Position
As a Team Leader in Field Services, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality outcomes for our parks and reserves. Your focus will be on people leadership, planning, and creating a positive team culture, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

- Mentor and support your team to achieve excellence.

- Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
About You
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guiding teams.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources effectively.
- Arboriculture knowledge is highly regarded but not essential – if you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you.
- Current Class MR Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Temporary Traffic Management Ticket Supervisory (TTM) (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to undertake a Police Check and pre‑employment medical assessment.

Salary range is between $90,733 (Level 2) and $98,968 (Level 3) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. Opportunity to develop to a Level 4!
