We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Andersens Maroochydore. This is a full-time position combining in-home consultations, accurate measures, and supporting customers through the selection process for flooring and window coverings.
You’ll play a key role in helping customers make confident decisions and delivering a smooth, professional experience from first conversation to final install.
Weekend work is included as part of the regular roster.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Andersens Maroochydore. This is a full-time position combining in-home consultations, accurate measures, and supporting customers through the selection process for flooring and window coverings.
You’ll play a key role in helping customers make confident decisions and delivering a smooth, professional experience from first conversation to final install.
Weekend work is included as part of the regular roster.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting customers’ homes to understand their needs, measure accurately, and recommend the right solutions.
- Guiding clients through product options across carpet, timber, laminate, hybrid, vinyl, and window furnishings.
- Presenting quotes clearly and confidently, often on the spot.
- Managing your pipeline, follow-ups, and appointments using digital tools and our CRM.
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming showroom when in store.
- Supporting customers after the sale to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Working with the wider team to meet store targets and deliver a great experience every time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in home improvement, retail, construction, or design.
- A proven ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly.
- Comfortable using computers, iPads, digital tools, and CRM systems.
- Driven, organised, and consistent—someone who follows a process and keeps track of their pipeline.
- Confidence to explain options, make recommendations, and close sales.
- Flexibility to work weekends when rostered, generally 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Positive attitude and genuine commitment to great customer service.
- Australian work authorisation required.
- Manual driver’s licence.
