About the role
Evolution Early Learning Kuluin is seeking experienced and passionate Child Care Educators to join our dynamic team in Kuluin, QLD.
We have casual and PPT positions availbale.
As a Child Care Educator with Evolution Kuluin, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Join us in nurturing the development and wellbeing of young minds in a supportive and enriching environment.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs and activities that support children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment that promotes children's learning, curiosity and wellbeing
- Observe, document and assess children's progress, adjusting activities and approaches to cater to individual needs
- Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant childcare regulations and policies
- Participate in team meetings, career development and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working as a Child Care Educator in a long day care or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Creativity and a passion for facilitating play-based learning experiences
- Thorough understanding of child development, and the ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs
- Commitment to upholding high standards of safety, health and wellbeing for children
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
