What does the job look like?
We are looking for a skilled PM Warehouse Supervisor to become part of our high-performing team in Heathwood, QLD. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will lead the Afternoon shift and is accountable for driving an efficient and productive warehouse team. The goal is to meet contracted outcomes in a cost-effective and timely manner while upholding a safe work environment. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to work with a leading beverage client, operating Monday-Friday.
Key areas:
- Lead daily warehouse operations during the Afternoon Shift, focusing on inbound/outbound processes and timely dispatch of goods.
- Effectively schedule and manage warehouse teams and resources to deliver high productivity, including performance in a high-volume setting and tracking key performance indicators.
- Supervise and promote explicit communication across stakeholders,
including customers and internal teams.
- Strategically plan and coordinate daily labour activities to align with financial goals and ensure full operational coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer and key stakeholders.
- Engage directly with on-site staff to support their motivation, training, and task competency

- Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and the ability to interpret operational data.
- Hands-on customer service experience with strong prioritisation and delegation skills.
- Proficiency in office systems and general computer literacy.
