**Salary Range**: $80,000 - $120,000 Based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA)

**_ Skills/Experience required:_**




- _ A commitment to Catholic education._
- _ An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues._
- _ An ability to create an engaging, educational and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students._
- _ An eagerness to learn from/with others and an eagerness to share your talents with others._
- _ An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning._
- _ An openness to Science of Learning and its implications in the classroom._
- _ Experience with, or Professional Learning in PBL (Positive Behaviours for Learning) and/or Berry Street an advantage_
- _ Ability to work with, and commitment to family / school partnerships_

**_ Special Requirements:_**
- _ Lumen Christi Catholic Primary School promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicants must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a protected environment for children._
- _ Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification._
- _ The successful applicants will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration._
- _ Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred._
