**About the Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Receptionist** to join our close-knit team in **Woonona**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow into a **Practice Manager** role with structured mentorship and hands-on training from senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment scheduling and daily clinical workflow
- Processing payments, health fund claims, and HICAPS transactions
- Maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence
- Supporting the dental team with day-to-day administrative needs
- Contributing to patient communication and marketing initiatives

**About You**




- Previous experience in dental or medical reception is **highly regarded**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Confident using dental or medical software (D4W or Zavy.) or ability to learn quickly
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for patient care
- Eagerness to develop leadership and practice management skills
