Join the Oral Health team based at Mount Druitt Oral Health Clinic, located within Mount Druitt Hospital — a site that has proudly supported its community for over 50 years. You’ll be part of a passionate, patient-centred service delivering quality oral health care to adults and children across Western Sydney.
- Located a short walk from Mt Druitt train station and Westfield
- Onsite parking available (small fee) plus all-day street parking
- Work across fixed clinics, mobile dental vans and external community locations
- Support a collaborative team dedicated to accessible, high-quality oral health care
- Engage with diverse communities across the Western Sydney Local Health District
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that enables our clinical teams to deliver safe, high-quality oral health care across Western Sydney — including mobile dental vans, schools, hospitals, residential facilities and fixed clinics.
- Manage patient registration, appointments and accurate dental/medical records
- Support referral and waiting list processes to ensure timely access to care
- Ensure high-quality data entry using NSW Health and Oral Health information systems
- Provide clear communication between patients, carers and clinical staff across multiple channels
- Assist with transporting and setting up portable dental equipment and shared safe operation of fleet vehicles, including occasional 4.5t truck use
- This position is a Monday to Friday day shift roster, 38 hours a week. Additional clinics may operate on Saturdays.

Essential Requirements:
License: Class C (car)
Selection Criteria:
- Administration experience in a Dental or Medical environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database/patient management systems.
- Proven commitment to the provision of quality customer service
- Capacity to self-manage, prioritise, and multitask in a high volume, demanding team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a range of individuals.
- Hold a current Class C Licence and be willing to take shared responsibility for the safe driving of various fleet vehicles between locations in Western Sydney and back to the base location. This may include occasional operation of a 4.5 tonne Mobile Dental Van (Class C licence compatible).
