Are you an experienced Early Childhood leader ready to take on a current challenge? Tall Tree Early Learning is seeking an inspiring, child-safety driven Centre Manager/Director to lead our 129-place Landsdale Nature School, a truly unique service where children learn through play, discovery, and deep connection with the natural world.

About the Opportunity
As the Centre Manager at our 129-place service, you will lead a large, passionate team and uphold the highest standards of care, education, and safety. You will shape the culture, inspire educators, and ensure that every child and family experiences the warmth, quality, and professionalism Tall Tree is known for.
You will be supported by:
- An accessible Operations Team
- A committed Leadership Team
- A Pedagogy & Practice Lead
- Tailored training focused on people leadership, operations, and pedagogical excellence
- An on-hand support office team to assist with enrolments, recruitment, human resources, finance and marketing.
We’re Looking For a Leader Who:
- Has proven experience leading a large centre or team within Early Childhood
- Is passionate about pedagogy, practice, and the Reggio Emilia Approach (or eager to deepen their knowledge)
- Is safety-conscious, proactive, and committed to best-practice governance
- Excels at building high-performing, positive and collaborative teams
- Communicates with clarity, empathy and professionalism
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Is energised by achieving great outcomes and continuous improvement
