About Mars Campers
Mars Campers is a leading Australian manufacturer of off-road and hybrid caravans. Due to continued growth at our Adelaide branch, we are looking for an experienced Caravan Technician to join our workshop team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role working on new and pre-owned caravans, including pre-delivery fit-outs, servicing, and warranty repairs. You’ll be part of a growing team delivering high-quality caravans to Australian customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Caravan servicing, repairs, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
- Installation of accessories including:
- Solar, lithium batteries, and inverters
- 12V & 240V electrical systems
- Diesel heaters and appliances
- Water systems and plumbing
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults
- Warranty and insurance repair work
- Complete job cards and service documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Work closely with sales and management to meet delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Caravan Technician, RV Technician, Auto Electrician, or similar
- Strong knowledge of 12V systems and caravan accessories
- Ability to fault-find and work independently
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Trade qualification (Automotive / Auto Electrical / Mechanical)
- Experience with off-road or hybrid caravans
- Current driver’s licence
- Electrical or gas tickets (advantage, not essential)
