About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join a busy team located in Doncaster East. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk, specializing in residential and commercial property transactions. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and drafting legal documents related to property transactions
- Conducting title searches and researching property information
- Coordinating the settlement process, including liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records
- Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed
- Staying informed of changes in relevant laws and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in using legal software and databases (LEAP and PEXA experience essential)
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
