About the Role
This is a retail-focused position perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, admin, and helping patients find frames they’ll feel great in. You don’t need prior optical experience - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You’ll be:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming practice experience
Assisting with frame selections and general retail sales
Handling appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day admin
Learning the basics of prescriptions, measurements, and optical processes
Supporting the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems
Social media knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
Availability
You’ll need to be available on:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Approximately 22–26 hours per week
