We’re Hiring: Café Supervisor – Farm & Co Cudgen
Join the new café at Farm & Co, an iconic venue on the Tweed Coast. Known for its Organic Farm setting, relaxed vibes, and highly regarded restaurant, you will be backed by an experienced hospitality team, joining the current café supervisor and venue manager to help integrate and establish one of the region’s most iconic venues.
Your role
- Assist in leading and inspiring the front-of-house team
- Assist in overseeing daily café operations from open to close
- Assist in managing rosters, training, and team development
- Ensure rapid, friendly, and high-quality service during busy brunch/lunch periods
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
