Albion Park Motor Group is seeking energetic, driven and qualified Assistant Sales Managers to support both our New Car and Used Car Sales Departments.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader ready to take the next step into dealership management.
About the Role
Working alongside the Sales Managers, you will play a key role in:
- Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting with customer enquiries, escalations and negotiations
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
Leadership & Team Development
- Leading by example with strong sales performance
- Coaching and mentoring consultants to lift capability and consistency
- Assisting in daily briefings, training and team motivation
Operational Support
- Assisting with stock control, pricing and vehicle presentation
- Supporting advertising, online listings and lead management
- Ensuring compliance with dealership and brand standards
- Helping coordinate deliveries and end‑to‑end sales processes
About You
- Strong experience in automotive sales (current,
used or both)
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Weekend work is a requirement
- Assistant Management experience is welcome, but high‑performing salespeople ready for advancement are strongly encouraged to apply.
