**Assistant Venue Manager - Flip Out Trampoline Arena (Wetherill Park & Villawood)**
**Flip Out** is Australia’s first and largest trampoline playground - where fun, fitness, and energy collide! We’re all about creating an exciting, family-friendly environment where people of all ages can jump, flip, and play.
Our newest venue, **Flip Out Wetherill Park**, is set to open **between December 2025 and January 2026**, and we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced **Assistant Venue Manager** to join our leadership team.
We currently have **two Assistant Venue Manager positions available** - one based at **Flip Out Villawood** and one for **Flip Out Wetherill Park**.
Training and shifts leading up to the Wetherill Park grand opening will take place at our Villawood venue.
While there are only two Assistant Manager positions, we’ll also have **upcoming opportunities for Venue Supervisors** at both stores - so if you’re looking to grow into leadership, this is a great time to join the team!
**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Owners, the Assistant Venue Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating staff, and delivering the ultimate customer experience.
You’ll work closely with the management team to:
- Support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of up to 50 staff
- Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Manage tills, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Uphold workplace health & safety and child safety standards
- Assist in rostering, training, and onboarding new staff
- Contribute to marketing and local community engagement
**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re not just looking for experience — we’re looking for **attitude**, **initiative**, and a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
You’ll bring:
- **At least 2 years** in a supervisor or management position within a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills - you can inspire and direct a team with confidence
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and solid work ethic
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savviness - comfortable using iPads, POS systems, and basic admin software
- **A current First Aid Certificate** and **Working With Children Check** (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- **Availability on weekdays, weekends and during school holidays**:
- **A driver’s licence or reliable transport**, as training will be conducted across both venues

Pay: $29.27 - $48.51 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
