**The Opportunity**
Are you looking to work closer to home? SEE Group have an exciting chance for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**to join our Helensvale based People & Culture team. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position reporting to the Recruitment Lead. This opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to help us achieve our business goals.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- End to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles
- Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers




- Represent SEE Group at careers fairs and other forums
- Providing support for the day-to-day operations of People and Culture duties supported by the People and Culture Team
- Assist with the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition and general People and Culture projects.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment. Ideally this will be in construction or related industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Strong skills in proactive sourcing and talent pooling, and a confident telephone manner
- Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong computer literacy including various applicant tracking systems, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment related systems
