Are you a passionate leader who loves working with families, building strong teams, and creating a positive community environment? BK’s Learn to Swim Clyde North is looking for an energetic and motivated **Centre Manager** to lead our vibrant swim school!

**About Us**
BK’s Learn to Swim is dedicated to providing high-quality, nurturing, and confidence-building swimming lessons for children of all ages. Our Clyde North centre is a friendly and supportive environment where families feel welcome and children thrive.

**The Role**
As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring exceptional service for our families and team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, fostering a strong team culture, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of swim teachers and customer service staff
- Oversee daily operations including class scheduling, staffing, and customer enrolments
- Build strong relationships with families and support a positive customer experience
- Drive local area marketing to grow membership and community awareness
- Ensure safety, compliance, and centre presentation standards are met
- Manage reporting, budgeting, and key performance indicators
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training

**About You**:




We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have previous leadership or management experience (swim school, fitness, education or customer-focused industries is ideal)
- Are passionate about children’s development and creating meaningful customer experiences
- Have strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Can lead by example and foster a warm, supportive team culture
- Are confident using systems and comfortable learning new software

Hold (or are willing to obtain):

- Working With Children Check
- CPR & First Aid certifications
- Swim Australia or AUSTSWIM Teacher qualifications

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
