**Hotel Services Manager**

**About the Role**
- The Hotel Services Manager is responsible for
- The prompt and productive service delivery of our patient food and beverage service.
- Environmental hygiene and waste management services.
- You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the operational and business direction of the Hotel Services Department in line with legislation, infection control and the organisational strategic direction.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Hotel Services Management position, ideally from within a health care or hotel environment and demonstrated experience in staff supervision along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

**You will also bring;**
- Degree or Diploma in catering/hospitality or Trade qualifications in catering, chef/HACCP
- Food safety supervision experience
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Computer literacy with rostering experience is well regarded
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety principles
- Proven experience in managing budget and work hours
