Female Disability Support Worker – Warwick Farm (Hindi-Speaking Preferred) Nextt is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist a female participant in Warwick Farm with schizophrenia. This role is perfect for someone patient, calm, and confident supporting mental health needs in a structured daily routine. Hindi-speaking applicants are highly preferred.

Morning prompts & personal care
Light household chores
Medication & breakfast support
Community access (appointments, shopping)
Shifts
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (community access)
SCHADS E3.1 Casual Pay Rates (Before Tax)
Base hourly rate: $35.15
Afternoon shift (ends 8pm–midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.67
Active Night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.37
Saturday: $49.21
Sunday: $63.27
Public holiday: $77.33
About You
Hindi-speaking preferred
Experience supporting mental health conditions (preferred)
Patient, understanding, and calm under pressure
Reliable and confident working independently
NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
