About the Role – Casual Front-of-House All-Rounder
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders, available for 20+ casual hours per week, to support our bar, bistro, gaming and customer service operations.
This role includes:
- Bar service, floor service and customer engagement
- Gaming room support (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro)
- Cash handling
- Maintaining venue presentation and service standards
- Upholding gaming compliance and RSA requirements
- Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

About You
Essential
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Robust customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue
Preferred
- Basic Gaming Certificate
- Experience in a gaming room environment
- Bartending skills
- Keno, TAB or GFR Pro experience
- Strong cash-handling skills
- Well-organised and able to work under pressure
- Quick learner with initiative and enthusiasm
