Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic, highly motivated and professional individuals for the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Permanent)
Customer Service Officers play a vital role as the first point of contact for our community, providing efficient, responsive, and courteous support across a wide range of Council services. In this agile, team-focused environment, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative setting, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community.
Skills & Knowledge
The successful applicant will require experience in providing quality customer service, a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and also have experience in administrative processes and procedures.
Hours of Work
35 hours per week.
Salary and Conditions
Commencement annual salary from $67,212.60 to $73,934.12 (Grade 8). Plus superannuation.
