About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rutherford team. In this role, you’ll guide our guests through the car‑buying journey and help them find their dream vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Present and explain our range of vehicles and associated products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Deliver outstanding post‑sale service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively follow up on leads to generate current and repeat business
About You
- Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions
