**Position**:Male Support Worker - Support at Home Program
**Location**:Taylors Lakes, VIC 3038 (Northwest Suburbs)
**Hours**:10 hours per week - participant needs work to start at 11 am or 12 pm on some days.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate male support worker to provide in-home support to one of our participants in the Taylors Lakes area. This role involves assisting the participant with personal care, household tasks, and social engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to the participant
- Meal preparation according to dietary requirements
- Light cleaning and laundry
- Shopping and transport to medical appointments
- Offer social companionship and support

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Police check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills




- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Previous experience in support or caregiving roles is preferred
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken or understood) is advantageous
- Resides in or around Northwest or Western Suburbs
- This role is only open to male applicants
