Experienced Practice Manager Wanted – Help Lead and Grow Our New Medical Practice in Officer!
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Practice Manager to take a leading role in our young and rapidly developing medical practice. Operating for only three months and already supporting three doctors at a time, we are looking for the right person to drive growth and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Location: Officer, Victoria
About the Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Practice Manager
- Can work independently without supervision
- Is organized, proactive, and passionate about growing a practice
- Has robust experience with Best Practice (BP) and HotDoc
- Can prepare and present monthly performance reports to Directors
- Is confident in forecasting service growth and revenue
- Brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the practice runs smoothly
- Recruit new doctors and support onboarding
- Lease consulting rooms to allied health professionals
- Manage and oversee the practice budget, ensuring financial efficiency
- Provide full HR support,
including staffing, rostering, and performance management
- Implement systems that support efficiency and patient care
- Present monthly performance reports to Directors
- Identify opportunities to grow services and increase revenue
