Location: Glenvale QLD 4350 (Westbrook, Queensland, Australia)

This permanent, part‑time prospect offers hands‑on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported by a Director of Service.

Service Location

Glenvale QLD 4350

Schedule

Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30 am‑9:00 am, 2:45 pm‑6:00 pm (28.75 hours per week).

The Role

- Key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.
- Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and families.
- Support compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in before/after school care or education is preferred but not essential—training provided.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members,



and principals.
- Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) per ACECQA standards.
