Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end financial reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the preparation of funding and grant applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- A proactive approach to improving financial processes.
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
