Right now, we're on the hunt for a
Sales Manager
- someone who's equal parts people leader and commercial driver, ready to energise teams, grow sales, and make customers say

What You'll Do
Develop and deliver a
sales strategy
that aligns with Rollie's big-picture goals
Set clear sales targets and KPIs, track progress, and report on performance
Partner with Customer Care to create
omnichannel service standards
that boost spend, retention, and acquisition
Jump in on ad-hoc projects that support both the
sales strategy
and broader business goals
Manage the sales budget,
optimising spend across channels
for maximum ROI, and champion a data-led approach to understand the voice of the customer
Oversee
retail and wholesale costs
, ensuring spend is within budget, and that store schedules meet operational needs within
wage-to-sales targets
Recruit, train, and lead
a high-performing sales team, keeping them empowered, capable, and accountable
Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and brand teams to
hit sales targets
and deliver a seamless
customer experience
Who You Are
Experienced:
2 to 3 years in a senior sales role, ideally in retail
Strategic & Hands-On:




able to see the big picture and make it happen on the ground
Creative & Analytical:
blending people-first leadership with data-driven decision making
A Strong Communicator:
builds trust and relationships with ease
