Auburn South Preschool (ASPS) is a beautiful stand-alone community-based kindergarten, situated alongside Anderson Park in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn East. Auburn South Preschool is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy and welcoming learning environment for all children, families and early childhood professionals. With an experienced and talented educating team the preschool prides itself on providing a high-quality standard of education and care through sessional kindergarten programs. We are committed to providing a child secure environment and we recognise the important role that educators play in protecting and advocating for children’s wellbeing.

Description
Auburn South Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Qualified or Experienced Cert III Educator to join our team. The successful applicant will be committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting all students to feel safe and secure, with a strong sense of belonging. The applicant will be passionate about providing high quality education and be able to support the ECT in providing an engaging 4 year old play-based kinder experience.
The new team member should have excellent interpersonal skills to allow them to engage with the children and their families,
work colleagues and the Committee of Management. They will confidently engage in and actively contribute to the development of our high-quality educational programs and our service.
They will conduct themselves in a professional manner, have a sound understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework and the National Quality Framework, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
