As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service, fitting and styling expertise to our clients, as well as collaborating with your team in the day to day store operations.
As a Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all stock-related operations, including receiving and processing deliveries, conducting stock audits, maintaining an organised back-of-house environment, and ensuring seamless stock availability to support the sales team and enhance the overall store efficiency.
What you can expect:
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients
- Collaborate with your team in the day to day operations
- Demonstrate a customer centric mindset to ensure customer's expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
- Build a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering
- Support in all merchandise related processes, including stock management and loss prevention
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets and KPI's
As a Stock Coordinator, you will:
- Execute all deliveries, ensuring receiving and processing procedures are in compliance with company standards.
- Partner with management to direct product placement on shop floor.
- Perform stock audits, identify and process faulty product.
- Maintain high levels of standards within all back of house areas.
- Follow all loss prevention policies, adhere to all company health and safety compliance.
Your profile:
As a Sales Consultant:
- Prior retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Fashion apparel background is advantageous
- A genuine love of fashion and well versed styling expertise
- Experience working in a team to achieve business goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
As a Stock Cooridinator:
- Prior experience working within a stock environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced workload with competing priorities
