- You're a natural leader with a heart for early learning
- You will hold (or are working toward) a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) (for the Lead Educator role)
- Certificate III, Diploma, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or studying towards one (for the Educator role).
